Land Resumptions for Sunshine Coast Airport Expansion
Land Court compensation determination; highest and best use development proposal tested in relation to Maroochy River Flooding.
Shoal Point Development/Arabseque v Mackay Regional Council
Sea wall and erosion prone land investigation for a Planning and Environment Court appeal. Wave climate, sediment transport and shoreline recession assessed with a suitable rock protection wall designed.
